Always let your DJ know of your “Do Not Play” List and check if it’s a possibility for guests to request songs as the night goes on. A good DJ will accommodate requests and make sure to keep your guests happy (so long as those songs are not part of your “must-not-play” list. They’ll also put on a few slow songs to appeal to couples and mix it up for the crowd so that there’s something for everyone.

We can’t emphasize how important having a good DJ at your wedding is – one that works well to keep the flow of the event with a Wedding Planner and Food Service as it comes out – is absolutely critical.  A good DJ is a worthwhile investment (as often they are the only form of entertainment at a wedding) and they will put together a smooth-running reception program. With their high energy and enthusiasm, and passion for their work, a good DJ will keep you and your guests dancing and entertained all night long!

Looking forward to working with 3 Owls Entertainment for V&C’s wedding later this month. It’s going to be awesome!
