Wedding Open House: The Albany Club

This past weekend, we attended The Albany Club wedding open house. What a beautiful, charming, intimate venue, filled with character and history. Founded in 1982, The Albany Club has been a fixture of Canadian politics and society for those who influence, celebrate, debate and promote Canada’s conservative history, ideals, values and leadership. For over 125 years, The Albany Club has been committed to offerings its members a place of exceptional quality and service in an elegant and aesthetically pleasing decor, steeped in history and heritage.

The Albany Club is open to non-members for weddings, events and other social gatherings. As I strolled around the different rooms, I immediately visualized a classy, sophisticated couple who would fall in love with the space – a couple who appreciated art and history, the intricate details along the walls and the fixtures hanging from the ceiling; a couple who places priority on exquisite fine dining and an exceptional standard of service.

This room is definitely my favourite! It was also where all the action was for the wedding open house.

A little bummed that I only had about half hour to tour the rooms. that I missed out on a lot of good food… these cakes and macaron from Dolcini by Joseph look scrumptious.

I also had to skip out on Snapshot Photobooth… but it was great to see a printout that they had and I’m happy to report that the quality is good!

Squeezed in a quick hello to Doris of Love Lettering…

… and a quick chat with Sam Fleming of Evolved Entertainment.

It was a beautiful Sunday morning, and I am glad I was able to visit this charming space. Shoutout to Christine March of Imprint Weddings for organizing the event and for April of The Albany Club for opening up the space for this to happen!

Can’t wait to work at this venue – bridal showers, intimate weddings, social events – we do them all!
